Let’s try cooking an 8 pound Pork Butt Hot & Fast on the WSM in 10 hours. This is perfect if you are pressed for time to cook a pork butt. It turned out phenomenal and juicy, had a wonderful bark, and I would definitely cook hot & fast again!
