Spinach Crab Dip Recipe

I make a Spinach & Crab meat dip. This is my grandmother’s recipe she’s been making for over 40 years. It’s simple, but very tasty.

2 Boxes Frozen Spinach
1 Can White Crab Meat
1 Can Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Stick Oleo
1 Medium Onion Diced
Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Saute onion in oleo. Cook spinach separately according to box directions and drain. Add spinach, cheese, pepper flakes to onion mixture and cook on simmer 1 hour.
Add crab meat after 1st hour. Mix into spinach mixture and simmer additional hour. This can also be cooked in a slow cooker for 3+ hours.
Serve with Corn Chips “Fritos”
