Texas Brisket & Pork Butt on Yoder Wichita

This is my 1st cook on the new Yoder Wichita. The Pork Butt was beyond excellent. The Brisket had really good flavor also, but I pulled it a little too early, so it wasn’t as tender as I’d like.
