Homemade Barbacoa Tacos — Smoked Beef Cheeks

Let me show you how to make Homemade Barbacoa that will blow your mind! You don’t need a Goat and you don’t need a Cow Head. Beef Cheek is what I used after seeking advise from my Butcher Victor and my good friend Manuel from El Rabbits BBQ who makes You Know You Want It BBQ Sauce.
I smoke the beef cheeks 2 hrs over Mesquite, then wrap the meat in foil and cook another 6 hrs on the Kamado Joe. You MUST try this!!! Trust me when I say that this was some fabulous Barbacoa!!
