I show you how to smoke the best beef brisket you’ve ever tasted!!! I smoke a Lobel’s Wagyu Beef Brisket on the Yoder Wichita. I smoked the brisket at 225F for 14 hours and used a mix of Post Oak and Pecan wood for flavor. The rub was simple and the recipe is below.
